Our firm provides comprehensive legal representation across all aspects of real estate transactions and related disputes. We assist clients in the purchase, sale, lease, refinancing, and transfer of both residential and commercial properties, ensuring that each transaction proceeds efficiently and with full legal protection. Our attorneys coordinate closely with realtors, lenders, surveyors, and other professionals to address all title, boundary, zoning, and land use matters.
When disputes arise, our Real Estate Litigation practice advocates vigorously to protect our clients’ property rights and financial interests. Guardianship
In New York, when individuals lack the capacity to manage their own affairs, the court may appoint guardians over their person and/or property. We help clients and families petition for guardianship, respond to petitions, navigate court proceedings, prepare guardianship plans and reports, and advise on the duties and limitations of guardians. We are committed to protecting the rights and dignity of those subject to guardianship. (Article 81 MHL )
